Adults who have a diagnosis of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis may qualify for this clinical research trial.

Age 40+

Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PASI score ≥12)

Plaque psoriasis affecting ≥10% body surface area (BSA)

History of cardiovascular events, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes or cigarette use
- No placebo group. All participants will receive active medication
Patients will be asked to visit the clinic about 20 times over the course of the study. There is no cost to participate, and participants will be reimbursed for their travel and time.
