Dr. Jhessica Andrade is a board-certified dermatologist from Brazil with over nine years of experience in the diagnosis and management of skin, hair, and nail disorders. She provides comprehensive dermatologic care for both adults and children, with experience in inflammatory skin diseases, skin cancer screening, dermoscopy, minor dermatologic surgery, and aesthetic dermatology.
Dr. Andrade completed her Dermatology training program at Fluminense Federal University (UFF), one of Brazil's leading academic institutions. She was awarded Board Certification in Dermatology by the Brazilian Society of Dermatology (SBD) and the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB) after successfully completing comprehensive theoretical and practical examinations. In 2024, she also passed the European Board of Dermatology and Venereology (UEMS-EBDV) examination, reflecting her commitment to maintaining internationally recognised standards of dermatologic practice.
Throughout her career, she has worked in both private practice and hospital settings, managing a wide range of dermatologic conditions while developing particular expertise in skin cancer detection, dermoscopy, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne, pigmentary disorders, autoimmune skin diseases, and hair disorders.
Dr. Andrade is currently undertaking a Fellowship at Sinclair Dermatology, where she is further advancing her expertise in hair and scalp disorders.
