Dr. Janina Eliza Poa is a board-certified dermatologist from the Philippines and a Fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). Grounded in a philosophy of patient-centered care, Dr. Poa pairs extensive expertise across medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology with a deep commitment to delivering sustainable, long-term skin and hair health.
Dr. Poa's academic foundation began at the University of the Philippines Diliman where she finished her BS Biology, graduating magna cum laude. She then proceeded to complete her Doctor of Medicine in University of the Philippines Manila- Philippine General Hospital. She went on to complete her dermatology residency training at St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City, a leading healthcare institution in the Philippines. Driven by a passion for highly specialized care, Dr. Poa subsequently relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where she successfully completed an advanced, two-year postgraduate clinical fellowship in hair and scalp disorders at Sinclair Dermatology.
Following her international specialization in Australia, Dr. Poa returned to the Philippines, re-establishing her private clinical practice while also dedicating time to academic mentorship and training.
Today, Dr. Poa bridges international training with clinical excellence, offering patients comprehensive and evidence-based solutions.
