Dr Vijaya Chitreddy is a highly experienced dermatologist with over 20 years of clinical practice in both Australia and Overseas. She is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists (FACD) and has honed her skills in some of the most prestigious tertiary care hospitals across Australia, as well as overseas.
Dr Chitreddy is passionate about providing expert care in a wide range of dermatological conditions, including common skin disorders such as acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, infections, and inflammatory skin conditions. With a particular interest in hair loss, scalp disorders and women’s dermatology, she focuses on offering personalised treatment options that address the unique needs of her patients.
Her academic background is equally impressive. During her training, Dr Chitreddy was involved in cutting-edge acne research and actively contributed to medical student education. Additionally, she served as the editor of a chapter on structural hair abnormalities in the textbook Hair and Scalp Disorders by Amy J. McMichael and Maria K. Hordinsky.
